  • With a deep sense of respect towards our guests, we would like to bring to your notice that with a mutual cooperation of understanding our roles, a better quality care can be provided by us, which strengthens your confidence in us.

  • We both certainly have an active role in fulfilling rights and responsibilities, which would ensure a greater satisfaction in the care.

  • You have the right to know the complete information regarding your diagnosis investigation, treatment, prognosis and the costs involved in a way you can understand.

  • We care for and will ensure your safety, privacy and confidentiality of your treatment.

  • If you need to express any grievance, you can with our Medical Superintendent.
    Any clarifications regarding your bills can be made with our billing executive.
  • In your interest, we recommend you to allow minimum visitors, which will enable a quicker recovery for you and minimize the chances of hospital-acquired infection to your visitors.

  • Visiting hours 4.30 pm to 7pm.

  • We recommend you not to keep any valuables in the room and avoid use of tobacco or alcoholic drinks while you are here.

  • With the sense of responsibility to the precious elements of nature, we highly recommend the safe and minimum use of electricity and water.

  • At your service we have the following facilities:
    - Round the clock pharmacy at the ground floor
    - Valet parking
    - Ambulance services
    - Cafeteria in the 1st floor
    - Guest room in the 3rd floor
    - Special health packages both for OP and IP
    - Laundry facility, for which you can contact our House Keeping Department.
