GIFT AN EYE SIGHT PROGRAMME
       
   

Life without vision is quite unimaginable. But sadly blindness is a reality for some. Majority of eye related ailments are preventable or treatable.

Since early 1999 Medwin Hospital had launched the “Gift an Eye Sight” programme.

Currently there about 11million blind people with cataract in India. The vast majority of this number belong to the under privileged and downtrodden sections of society.

  

Medwin Hospital has a long track record of having contributed its mite to the cause of control of cataract blindness. Cataract surgery with IOL implementation is done at Medwin absolutely free of cost.

The treatment includes

  • Preliminary tests
  • In-patient stay
  • Medicines and food absolutely free to all cataract patients who belong to the downtrodden sections of society.
